Briquette producing line.

Our briquette producing line has been working for less than 6 month. All the equipment and machinery are bought completely new. The factory is fully computerized. The factory produces 1 ton of briquettes per hour (~ 8m3 dry raw material needed for 1 hour). At the moment we have 2 RUF presses, the potential factory capacity allows to add one more RUF press and increase the capacity to 1,5 tons briquettes per hour.
The furnace can be heated on wet or dry wood chips and biomass. The briquettes can be made of wet or dry sawdust or/and wood chips, that are cut in small fraction by hummer mill Pallman PHMS 8-6. Switching the “sawdust” or “wood chips” mode take less then a minute.

   A small wood processing factory for sale: building 430 sq.m. which 280 sq.m. equiped with wood processing machines;
4000 sq.m. afferent ground.

- heating facility on sawdust with automating loading;

Dried firewood is being produced from birch under standard NS4414, that says that wood humidity is not higher than 20% and log length is 30cm. Fresh cut firewood is available from variety wood types: ash, asp, oak - loaded to wooden containers, log length 25cm or 33cm.
Wood briquettes being made brick shape and contains higher volume of leaf wood sawdust pressed by high pressure. Suitable for all kinds of stoves and opened fireplaces - burning does not involves sparks. Packaging in 10kg plastic sacks.
