PROPOSAL FOR PROVISION OF WOODS CHPS
Dear Sirs,
This is a formal proposal for provision of woods chps, from ARGENTUM WOODS.
1- Shipments will be made once both parts of the conditions of sale are satisfied.

2- These conditions will be basically according to the client`s order and according to the characteristics offered.

3-The provision of woods chips will be made respecting the agreement between the parties, as long as the economic and political conditions in the countries of origin and destination remain stable, since if these conditions are not maintained both in origin and destination, It would be ruinous for the victim part of that situation. Since the objective of this negotiation is for the welfare of both parties, should an adverse situation arise for either party, it would leave both parties free to continue with this commitment.

4-Price of PINE AND EUCALIPTUS wood chips is U $ S 155.- a ton FOB PARAGUAY PORT.
Price of pine and eucalyptus wood chips is U $ S 210.- a ton FOB ARGENTINA PORT.
Shipments will be loaded in 40 foot containers. 15 containers will be sent monthly and will increase to a greater quantity.
Form of payment, 30% advance and the balance of each container against BL scan.

5- Technical characteristics.
-40.0mm not more than 5%
-4.8-40.0mm not less than 92%
-3.0mm under size not more that 5%
-Bark: max 1.0%
-Moisture: 35%
with the respective fumigations requested by the client.

6-Controls by SGS or similar will be the responsibility of the buyer.
7- Packing: in bulk.
