Interested in new trends in the forestry sector? Visit the Fair of Forestry, Wood Industry and Environmental Protection EKO-LAS - Poland`s largest exhibition of machinery, equipment, tools and articles used in forestry and wood industry on 7-9 September 2018.

This year, the Fair of Forestry, Wood Industry and Environmental Protection EKO-LAS will be held once again in Swiebodzin Forest District. Just like four years ago, the 16th edition of the event will be held in Mostki, which is characterized by high environmental diversity, with a lot of unforgettable attractions for the participants of the Fair. Companies offering e.g. tools, machines, equipment for cutting, logging and transport of timber, forest protection agents, vehicles and means of communication, protective clothing, measuring instruments, machinery and equipment for the wood and sawmill industry, and wood products, are invited to participate in the Fair.

New trends and technologies
The Fair of Forestry, Wood Industry and Environmental Protection EKO-LAS is the largest and also the only professional trade fair addressed to the forestry sector in our country. On the one hand it is an opportunity to get acquainted with the latest trends and new technologies, on the other hand the ideal place to meet producers and sellers of machines, and to take part in numerous industry workshops and lectures. Let us remind you of the fact that the last edition of the Fair covering an area of 59,000 mē aroused a lot of positive emotions in both exhibitors and visitors. The event was attended by 5,159 visitors and over 130 exhibitors. Great atmosphere was conducive to establishing trade contacts, exchanging knowledge and experience, and making purchases. In the natural environment, companies not only from Poland presented their offer, but also from Austria, Belarus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Lithuania, Germany, Slovakia, Sweden and Italy.

Dynamic demonstrations of machinery in operation
The biennial EKO-LAS Fair of Forestry, Wood Industry and Environmental Protection is the only event in our country so eagerly attended by representatives of state forests, employees of forest service companies, city and municipality authorities and farmers. The main element attracting the forest industry to the EKO-LAS Fair is the organization of all events in forest areas, offering the participating exhibitors an opportunity to observe the practical advantages of machines for cutting, lodging and transport of timber. The exciting shows of harvesters and forwarders in the demonstration areas became the lifeblood of the previous edition, which is why this year`s event will also feature the presentation of machines in operation.

Gold Medal Competition
During this year`s edition of the Fair, the organisers will continue the innovative formula in the Polish market of the prestigious MTP Gold Medal award. The competition is open to all exhibitors who register their participation in the EKO-LAS Fair and have in their portfolio innovative forestry solutions for the new season, which are made on the basis of top-class technology. The Gold Medal is a prestigious award granted over 30 years by the Jury of Poznan International Fair (MTP) and recommendation of specialists appreciated on the market, which emphasizes the innovative and high-quality nature of a product or service.
